Before you calculate
- Have your language test results available.
- Confirm your highest completed education and any ECA, where applicable.
- Know the number of years of qualifying Canadian and foreign work experience.
- Confirm whether a spouse or common-law partner is accompanying.
- Include a provincial nomination only if it has actually been issued and is valid for Express Entry.
CRS score is not the same as eligibility
A CRS score does not by itself establish eligibility for permanent residence. A candidate must first qualify for an Express Entry program and remain eligible when invited and when the permanent residence application is submitted.
