Our approach to representation
Immigration cases are rarely strengthened by promises. They are strengthened by understanding the record, identifying the governing legal and procedural issues, preparing credible evidence and presenting the client’s circumstances clearly. Our approach is therefore evidence-driven and practical.
- Detailed assessment: We review the immigration history, decisions, forms, supporting documents and relevant deadlines before recommending a strategy.
- Clear advice: Clients are advised about both available options and material risks.
- Focused submissions: Written representations are prepared around the facts and issues that actually determine the case.
- Direct communication: We aim to explain complicated immigration processes in understandable terms.
- Professional responsibility: No immigration outcome can be guaranteed, and we do not make misleading promises about approvals or results.
Fourth Dimension Immigration Inc.
Fourth Dimension Immigration was established to provide professional representation across the interconnected areas of Canadian immigration, refugee protection, appeals and enforcement. A temporary-residence application may later affect permanent residence. A refugee refusal may lead to an appeal, judicial review, PRRA or enforcement issue. A sponsorship refusal may move from visa processing to the Immigration Appeal Division. Our practice is structured to understand these connections rather than viewing each application in isolation.
We assist clients in Canada and internationally through in-person and virtual consultations.
Speak with counsel
If you need advice about an immigration application, refugee proceeding, appeal, refusal or urgent CBSA matter, a consultation allows us to review the facts and identify the appropriate next steps.
Immigration criteria, document requirements and public policies can change. Advice should be based on the rules and facts applicable when you apply.
